About the Space
Need a space with great amenities to have a meeting, photo/video shoot or rehearsal? This is the spot. Located in Clinton Hill. The Navy Yard has onsite parking, a free shuttle service located at three major subway terminals. A Ferry stop that leads into the building and a short walk or bus ride from Clinton Hill. Our space comes with a green/white/black blue Savage backdrop, LED lighting & base traps. HEPA Air filter in the space. Please note that larger groups can make the space run hot as there is no central air or windows in the space. Our space has 12 chairs with a maximum of a 8 person occupancy and a six-foot table. *Upon application approval "You" (the person renting the studio) are responsible for the studio and it's contents as well as the actions and safety of "Your Group” (including all the other people in the studio with you). "You" individually assume all responsibility and all liability for any damage, theft or injuries, whether negligent or not, that occur during your scheduled time as a result of your actions or of the actions of anyone else in "Your Group". In renting the studio "You" promise to personally reimburse the studio for repair or replacement costs relating to the damage or loss of any studio property that occurs during your rental time. "You" hereby certify that studio equipment will only be operated by qualified studio technicians in a manner that is safe for everyone in the studio. All equipment must be operated with due care in a manor that does not exceed the capabilities of the studio or it's electrical system. Please take note of the condition and arrangement of the studio and it's content

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Excellent place to shoot if your on any budget. Professional lighting equipment included as well as Elliot being helpful along every step. You alss get a cool bonus of the local area having a truly authentic urban New York vibe which is perfect for modern street fashion. So this spot is a great hub for a full day of shooting and can double serve as a headquarter for your shoot. You get plenty of bang for your buck!
