Here are our Covid-19 Safety Measures: Our Covid-19 Cleaning Standards are among the best in the world. Our goals are to provide a zero-risk space that will allow you to safely conduct your meetings. With this in mind and following the CDC, WHO and government guidelines and consultation with business and medical leaders, we have implemented the following: - The arrival experience is entirely touch-free to keep you safe and distant from others. - Mandatory temperature upon arrival - We have partnered with ECOLAB, the global leader in cleaning and disinfection that’s environmentally friendly and practices sustainable efforts. All spaces are cleaned every hour - Additional deep cleaning will be conducted off hours on a nightly basis. - Personal hygiene items such as hand sanitizers and wipes can be found within 30 feet of your current position. - The air filtration systems within the local HVAC system includes MERV-10 filter systems, which have a very high (close to 100%) efficiency on particles. - Elevators will be designated for single-use up- or down-only traffic.- - We ask that all persons wear a mask and practice social distancing when away from their designated space, and in the common spaces - elevators, bathrooms, check in, and when interacting with other persons. - Should someone in the space develop any symptoms (fever, cough or shortness of breath), he/she will be immediately separated to an isolated room. The COVID-19 Spring Place task force will be made aware and will track the person’s whereabouts to understand the places he/she visited and each person they interacted with at the space. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
