About the Space
This space can work well for photo shoots, meetings or small work parties, yoga classes, temporary office space, or creative endeavors. There is a high ceiling living area with an iron I-beam. There are charcoal colored cement floors with a large carpet that can easily be rolled up and removed. Large doors open to the backyard with a round brick patio. The garden is still in progress. The kitchen has black oak and blond apple ply cabinets with open shelves made of reclaimed wood. High end appliances including an Italian Superior stove and Ventahood. Up two steps and down the hall is a a bedroom with brick backdrop on one wall and a closet with four sliding barn doors. The doors are original from this old house, and add to the charm. The bathroom has glass shower walls, and a laundry closet with door just outside the bathroom houses brand new stacked machines. One side of the hall is a metal wall in keeping with the industrial feel of this open and well lit space.
