All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The space is a 24 hour x 7 day a week multi-use facility with multiple spaces available at various rates for rent hourly, block of time and monthly. The rate includes a highly skilled professional audio engineer. We have a full service recording studio with a very nice control and tracking room. We also have small production suites as well as a couple of meeting rooms for folks interested in having a private meeting. We have a kitchen with a fridge, dishwasher and a microwave. We also have Keurig coffee machine and a selection of hot teas. Feel free to let us know what you like and we can get it here for you or you can bring your own. We also provide hi-speed internet access via Wifi.

Cancellation Policy

Very Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
