About the Space
Conference room for 6 Brand new conference room with 65 inch presentation monitor, premium leather executive chairs and physical distancing layout. Room comes with free high-speed Wi-Fi and conference room phone. Access to building facilities; kitchen and lounge access. Guests may also have access to the seating and waiting area at the lobby upon checking in with the Front Desk Receptionist.

OVERTIME
Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.

To our valued members and guests:
Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Corona-virus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!
Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies.
Cleaning:
We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our staff, members and guests. These include;
Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant.
Providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes.
Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used.
Hygiene:
Please follow these important guidelines about hygiene:
Wash your hands frequently and properly. A guide can be found here: www.who.int/gpsc/clean_hands_protection
Use your arm or sleeve when coughing or sneezing, not your hands, and wash your hands.
Please dispose of tissues immediately and wash hands or use sanitizer any time you have used tissues.
Refrain from touching your nose or mouth. If you do, please wash your hands afterwards.
Kitchen:
We will be limiting shared kitchen services including coffee, refreshment and snack service. Single use plastic utensils and paper plates are available in the kitchen. We apologize for any inconvenience this limited service may have.
If You Are Sick:
For the safety of our coworkers and community, we are asking members who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough and cold to stay home. Please notify our staff if you are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space in the past 30 days.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer

Ann Q. was very accommodating and communicated the details of the booking process, confirmation, and facility directions very well. Upon arrival Ann provided a tour of the facility, which was furnished very nicely. The facility itself includes many amenities such as water, coffee, tea, light snacks, a kitchen, and high speed WIFI. Another nice feature of the facility was their phone booth, a quite room where individuals can take phone calls. The meeting rooms were clean and well kept. The physical location is very convenient, close to the highway and many restaurants. I would definitely use this place again.
