With an open floor plan, a large living room, and a modern kitchen, this recently remolded home is perfect for any photoshoots or filming that you may need. The house's gem is truly the all-new, up to date kitchen. The kitchen includes all quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large 7 ft island with a breakfast nook and bar area. The house includes floor to ceiling iron-framed windows showcasing the 60ft wide fully furnished porch and the 1-acre backyard. Additionally, the open floor plan provides a smooth transition from the modern formal living room to the dining room that comfortably seats 10. Located in the scenic Barton Creek area, the house is quiet and private. I scouted more than 10 places in Austin, but this place was the largest and perfect for our shooting. It was such a big place that we could do a lecture shoot with six cameras, including an auto slider and mini jib. The set and props were already perfectly equipped enough not to have to be aligned. The makeup room and kitchen were also available, which was very helpful. There wasn't any sound issue, like a soundproof studio.(great) I think this place can be used in many ways, including interviews and photo shoots! Lillian is very cooperative and responsive. I was very satisfied, and I definitely would like to rent this place again if there is a next shooting.
