About the Space
Conveniently located in the heart of downtown, Kansas City's premiere 7,500 square feet event venue provides a large wide open space perfect for meetings, social events, workshops, filmings, photoshoots, and much more. The space features two floors and a speakeasy with original brick interiors, and market lights that provide an urban modern feel. Tables and chairs are included for up to 150 of your guests. We offer an open vendor policy unlike any other so you have the ultimate freedom to be as creative. We also have our own in-house beverage service with various options for your beverage wants and needs.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
