All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Over nine hundred square feet of well-lit and inviting space that is unique to Leimert Park. Ideal for any type of meeting, private reception, popup showcase, conference room style meeting, class, book club meeting, or workshop. Six (6) 6-ft training tables, 30 chairs, 10 bar stools 70 inch LCD TV Our space rents for: $125 per hour for the hours of 9AM through 1OPM $150 per hours for the hours 10PM through 1AM $75 Clean Up Fee Optional $25 fee for room setup.

Free parking in the rear. Additional street parking available. City metered lot across the street.
General Rules
* No smoking permitted.
* Outside food & beverage, tables, chairs, staging, AV equipment, decorations (no holes in walls) OK.
* Leave the space as you found it. Cleaning fee may be waived. Discuss during booking.
* Trash must be taken out at the end of event and placed in the trash bin.
* All rentals include set up and teardown time.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
