The space is a creative multi-purpose warehouse in Logan Heights near East Village/Downtown that is a perfect unique event space for small group events, intimate gatherings, workshops, photoshoots, conferences, parties, virtual-event filming, speaking events, and more. Table and chairs included, no equipment included Our Basement: 5,000 SF open area downstairs Natural lighting Rad, industrial, urban feel *equipment and lighting shown in photos not included Open Warehouse Area (and Roof): 9,000 SF HUGE vacant warehouse adjacent to the factory If you need a lot of space, inquire with us about the adjacent warehouse. It’s not part of the factory, but is vacant and can potentially be used on a case by case basis! We also have access to the roof of the building that has rad views and vibes! Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
