Magical Farm Barn Venue on 150 Pristine Acres

Have your next corporate retreat, kick off team meetings, training, or family reunion on our scenic equestrian farm just outside of Leesburg. We are under an hour from DC and 30 minutes from Tysons Corner. Our 150 acres provide privacy and serenity to all of our guests. We have horses, goats, chicken, turkeys, and peacocks. We have four stocked ponds, a renovated rustic bank barn with 5 bathrooms, a manor built in 1854, and the original patent house dating back to the 1700's. Enjoy our manicured land and barn for corporate retreats, family reunions, celebrating milestones including graduations, birthdays, and anniversaries. There is also a large string light lit patio for outdoor events. Our barn has lighting and fans, and five temperature controlled bathrooms. We own a separate company for weddings, you can find us at Rockwood Estate & Farms in Hamilton! We have hosted private parties, birthday parties, as well as corporate retreats.
