All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This seventies-inspired loft is one of four units housed in a converted East end warehouse. With a vibey patio, unique living area, eclectic decor, and one-of-kind feel you won't find anything like it in Houston. This converted warehouse Loft is a seventies dream! The loft is decked out with the following: ample vintage decor, mid-century piano backed by an impressive tropical mural, plants for days, multiple lounging areas, mid-century bar shelf, full-service kitchen, roman style shower, velvet tufted bed, velvet queen size day bed in the living room, 55" Samsung smart TV with soundbar, two covered security monitored parking spaces, WiFi. Guests have access to everything in the loft.

General Rules
The suite is connected to other suites that may be booked during your stay. Please be respectful of fellow patrons. There is never any smoking allowed in the suite. That includes Hookah, cigarettes, cigars, marijuana, etc. There is 24/7 VIDEO SURVEILLANCE throughout the exterior of the property for the safety of both property and guests.
If any furniture is moved please put it back to the way you found it.

Furniture can be moved for shooting as long as it's placed back in it's original home after the shoot. We can not remove furniture from the space.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
