All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
About the Space
This raw art gallery style production and event space is a continuation of the phenomenal food, cocktails, and event production expertise and passion of our restaurant just next door. This space is a 2700 sq ft blank canvas, literally next door to our first 3100 sq ft restaurant/bar/event space (they can also be combined), where you can create the event of your dreams with total flexibility. With it’s original 1930s architectural elements such as 33’ bow trussed ceilings, distressed polished concrete floors, and exposed brick walls - The Galerie is the perfect backdrop for your next photo shoot, seminar, corporate / entertainment / social event or dinner party- perfect on its own or can be combined with the main restaurant for up to 600 guests.

We are pretty flexible here - we prefer you use our food and beverage as we are a fully licensed restaurant and catering company but if you need an exception made feel free to message us.

This space is raw/ empty but an array of furniture may be used from the restaurant /lounge next door upon request

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
