All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The studios are versatile, accessible, roomy (or intimate, your choice) – and offer all of the amenities a production team could hope for (and even a few more, like a ping pong table and a video arcade.

They were very accommodating and the place was well run and clean. There is plenty of production equipment from small studios to grip packages on-site, editing suites, and rec rooms, so it is perfect for small productions to have everything available there. The only issue was there was a lot of equipment in the space we were rehearsing and because of that is had to be moved in and out to make space. But other than that our participants had a great time!
