Shalom O. booked a film shoot for 20 people
Candice was an amazing host! We shot a short film scene here and she and her sister were extremely helpful, reasonable, and generous while we used the space. We also received free goods which our crew was extremely grateful for! Definitely will book with her again.... probably for the premiere :)

Karen H. booked a gender reveal party for 25 people
These women were the rudest women I have ever met. I promise you, you DO NOT want to rent this space. My event was probably the most money they’ve made in a while and they still treated myself and my guests like GARBAGE! Even my kids noticed. I tried so hard not to let them ruin my attitude since it was my gender reveal, but I honestly wish I could turn back the hands of time and change my venue. My dad and mom were there and they were even bothered by the treatment of the owners. ONE OF THE WORSE EXPERIENCES I HAVE EVER HAD. Because of them, I would probably never use Peerspace again. And to think, this lady was super nice on the phone, but a super BITCH in person! STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
Alexandra N. booked a birthday party for 21 people
Old Major exceeded my expectations, great service and atmosphere! .it provided me with the perfect setting to have my paint and sip brunch. I contacted Candice the owner of "Old Major" with details of my plans, she was prepared to help and went above and beyond of what I expected. The drink menu was my favorite part; all the drinks on there is unique and delicious (we tried most of them.) I was very pleased with the décor and the furnishing of the place and she made sure Covid-19 safety guidelines were met. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.
