This beautiful front area located on Eastern Parkway is both flexible and perfect for any event. We've had pop-up shops, fashion shows, wedding receptions, speed dating, concerts, private dinner events and more in this space.The space is 400 sqft and has central heating and air conditioning indoors plus a 1000 sqft deck/stage. We can provide up to 6 tables that seat 6 people and 50 chairs for no additional charge. Feel Free to reach out if you'd like to rent our larger spaces in the same location to have an epic event! We also do heavily discounted prices if you choose to use our bartenders and staff for your event.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Amazing space! Ade was very helpful and attentive his staff was very attentive as well. They helped us carry our things from the car to the space and even helped us set up.Space was absolutely beautiful we had an amazing time!

First of all it was a dead mouse in the back where we kept the event, we couldn't really play the music cause the owner said it has to be very low so you heard every conversation that went on also he shut us down an hour early because he said everything has to be out by the end time, I honestly wouldnt book with him if he was the last event space open it wasnt a good experience.

We are so grateful to have used this space for our big day. On the first visit he was so helpful and understanding of our time crunch. His prices are affordable and you could do so much with the space. He also popped in a few times throughout the event to make sure things were going well and we had everything we needed.
