RATE - $50/hr, 2 hour min (Please ensure to include setup/breakdown time in the time range) This blank canvas space has the capability to flex and creates an ideal setting for hosting small groups for photoshoots, showers, parties, meetings, or any intimate event. It serves as the perfect backdrop for photographers/videographers as it is a natural lightbox during daytime. All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Our experience with Carpe Diem really went beyond our expectations. Seeing pictures, we knew it would be a lovely space and lovely it was. The studio was spacious enough for our event but not too big where it felt cold and empty. Our decorations with their bistro lights turned out absolutely beautiful. Our photos turned out great too due to the natural lighting coming from the floor to ceiling windows. I would highly recommend this space for any event. Also Grace was SO lovely to work with. She was very responsive and gave us fantastic recommendations. We look forward to having many more events here in the future.

I booked this venue to host a DIY mommy and me Valentine’s Day photoshoot with my two best friends. It was the perfect space with amazing natural light. Grace helped us with the booking and was a great host. We appreciated the heat being put on early. The kids were kept warm and the moms were grateful. Parking was right outside.
