We have a 2 car garage, free street parking, and a credit union lot behind us(no towing enforced).

All Guests must provide photo ID upon check-in Please leave the apartment as clean as when you found it. If there is a delay in the next guest checking in which results in a cancellation, then Guest will be liable for Host’s loss of income. There shall not be smoking inside the home, nor in the balcony or rooftop. If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, or if guest are suspected of doing any illegal activities, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY. If Guests are found to have had a party, event or gathering without host permission, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges and in the unfortunate event of the disruptions alerting neighbors, GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY and a minimum fee of $400 will incur. Guests are responsible for ensuring maximum visitor numbers are not exceeded; and that Visitors are complicit with these House Rules. There is a private two car garage attached to that property for use, however there is free parking on the side of the road. Please do not rearrange the furniture. Security or Host may be present during event. Tampering with the cameras is strictly prohibited and will lead us to canceling the reservation.
