About the Space

This one of a kind space is perfect for small gatherings. It was completely remodeled in 2017 and features beautiful hardwood floors, five industrial windows, top-of-the-line appliances and finishes, two gorgeous bathrooms, soaring ceilings and designer European furniture. The natural light is spectacular and it feels like a boutique stand alone building once you are inside. There are three parking spots and it's an easy walk to grocery stores, Walgreens, the many great restaurants and cafes. The CalTrain is 1/2 a block away. There are two living areas and a beautiful kitchen island that works well for seating 8 people for an informal lunch or meeting area. A 65" flat screen tv is great for Zoom meetings or presentations.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disposable masks / face coverings

Sandy was an amazing and extremely helpful host! She was very flexible, and would arrive early to help me set up for my event. She even volunteered to pick up my coffee orders for my team while I scrambled to set up. I was very grateful to have her! The space is beautiful and worked well for our team-building meetings. There is limited parking that comes with the space, however there are also parking garages within a short walking distance. Unfortunately there was a lot of construction on the street that was noisy. It would have been fine if everyone was in-person, however we had a few teammates join over zoom. I had to buy an external microphone to attach to my laptop in order for the remote teammates to hear better. Other than that, everything was great! I would definitely book this space again for future events/meetings.

Overall, this space worked well for us. The space is not as big as it looks in the photos, but it's beautiful and looks lovely on camera. The plants are truly next level. It's a rather expensive location for its size -- but you're paying for aesthetic. The one drawback for my production was the level of street noise. We were filming interviews, so audio was really important for us and with a combination of work being done on the building and a busy street outside, we had some difficulty and a lot of pauses throughout filming. However, Sandy is an awesome and flexible host and let us stay a few extra hours so we could get everything we needed. I wouldn't book it again for multiple interviews throughout the day, but I hesitate to say that I wouldn't book it again PERIOD because it was a great space and I'm very happy with how our footage looks.

Hosts Sandy + her husband Toph (sorry if misspelled) were awesome to work with- quick communication and responsive! The space is better than pictures! Make sure to taper your load-in process if you have multiple production vehicles.Easy to find off-site street parking, but only one large space for Grip truck parking and driveway/loading area serves as main artery for parking garage to other units (all of this was communicated beforehand by hosts- so not a surprise at all!) and must be kept clear- so a lot of playing tetris with other cars.
