Before the clients arrive the restaurant will be cleaned thoroughly including bathrooms, bar space and the kitchen. The client has the right to inspect if needed and further cleaning can be arranged. After every client the space will be cleaned and sanitized. We follow every guidelines in our industry per Health Department.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Restaurant with a big Bar, exposed brick walls, unique wood tables, 2 bathrooms, cozy lounge, big windows facing busy intersection, rare brick building almost 100 years old. The door is at the corner of a busy intersection. Outside can be good for photoshoots. Unique brick building resembling NYC. Inside is artsy and very European. Great setup for photoshoots, films, restaurant and bar scenes. We have a big screen for showing sports or movies. It can be used for meetings, etc. One bathroom is big enough to use as wardrobe, make-up, storage etc. It can also be used a good club scene. The whole space can be easily transformed to a Club, Live music venue, Sports Bar, Parisian Bistro, Wine bar, Lounge and much more.

We have 3 parking spots. There is also plenty of street parking and metered parking. Also we have option to rent additional parking next door if needed.

General Rules

No smoking or drinking alcohol allowed without written permission. Outside catering is allowed. Changing fixtures have to be approved by the owners at all times. All night and day shootings allowed with advanced booking. All rules are subject to change.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
