Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

You can enjoy the beautiful aroma of fresh flowers, garden vegetables, birch and maple trees in our garden space while hosting your next event. Our garden space can easily accommodate 75 people gatherings and can be used for parties, photo shoots, social gatherings, yoga event, or any corporate or artistic event. Our garage has been freshly painted with some bright colours which could provide the background for any photo shoots. The space has many tropical plants which provide excellent foliage and a wonderful backdrop. Kitchen and washroom are easily accessible from the backyard on the first floor. Our space is big enough for social distancing as well and is very close to highway 93 and just 30 minutes away from the Boston airport.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
