About the Space

The space is a true daylight photography studio in the heart of Bushwick, Brooklyn. We are SE facing with wrap around Brooklyn-loft windows; ensuring beautiful, unobstructed daylight that pours through - all day long. It is fully customizable; open plan layout with vintage hardwood flooring throughout. There is a private space for HMU/styling and on-request an editing suite/client room - we are happy to tailor the space to your individual needs. The studio has full access to the roof and hallway stairwell’s - offering additional true Brooklyn-style location elements to your shoot. Additionally included in the studio, we have a full seamless bar, plain white wall and white brick walls spotted throughout. The space is perfect for photo shoots, editorials, and e-comm. Perfect for your pre-production days like castings, fittings, and pre-pro meetings. We are also happy to host intimate events such as art exhibitions, and premieres/screenings. We are friendly, flexible space co-owned by three industry professionals and friends. Just drop us a line if you would like to discuss anything in more detail. We can do virtual walk throughs - or prearranged scouts. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has additional space outdoors
  • Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
The space has informational signage including:

  • Common areas have 6-foot (2-metre) markers on floors
  • Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

Would def recommend! Great space and light. The host was super helpful and helped me carry my equipment from my car to the building and allowed me to book additional time on the spot.
