About the Space
The office is light, airy, beautifully renovated, freshly painted.If you need a beautiful quiet place to work, have a meeting with a client, interview, etc - this could be a place for you. There will be other people working in the building. --There is also a small meeting table with 4 additional seats in addition to the desk chair. --This space is great for anyone that needs a provide space to work in. --If interested in renting for month, rates are available. However, it is very comfortable, clean and spacious. Looking forward to hosting you!

We are taking extra precautions to provide you a clean and safe space. A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings to keep the space clean based on CDC guidelines.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
