Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
• All guests and staff will have their temperatures checked upon entry
• Hand Sanitizer and wipes will be available at the club for your convenience
• Dedicated Cleaning Personnel will be sanitizing all areas of the club throughout your affair with special emphasis on “heavily trafficked areas” such as tables, chairs, games, touchscreens, Photobooth, etc…
• UltraViolet Air Purification Systems are installed in Heating and Air Conditioning units throughout the club to kill airborne bacteria and viruses from the air as it circulates through them. These units also produce hydrogen peroxide plasma which is carried back into the space in the air and proactively kills airborne bacteria and viruses on surfaces and in the air. This is a proven technology and has been used for years
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Club Infinity is a private party Event space that resembles an authentic New York City Nightclub with sound, video, lighting and all types of lounge furniture. The space consists of a club with an adjoining lounge as well as an entertainment complex with various games and photobooth. It is a perfect shooting location for those looking for that "nightclub" experience.

Space does not have natural light
Lighting description
There is no natural light in our space due to the nightclub style design and the lack of windows. All light can be controlled artificially.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
There is very little ambient noise that can be heard from outside of the space due to the nightclub style design of the space. We are on a quiet street and there is little to no noise from our neighbors or our HVAC system.

Equipment loading description
We have a commercial height loading dock which is easily accessible. We are on the second floor with exterior stairs and we have a handicap lift which can be used for equipment aside from our loading dock.
Loading trucks do not need to be moved from the loading dock.
Staging area is available
There are many different rooms in our space that can be used for this purpose.
All rooms are available for shooting
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
We have 3 phase 240 volt power available which should be more than enough power for any commercial shoot. The circuit breaker boxes are easily accessible.

General Rules
The space is available for media productions through peerspace and is available during the week and possibly the weekend depending upon our schedule as well as extended periods of time during July & August.
All ages are allowed in the space
Production insurance is required
COI needed for any damage done to the space.
Furniture and decorations may be moved
The space is very large, so furniture removal will probably not be needed. Wall decor removal will need to be addressed on a needed basis.
No smoke machines allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
Check with your host if there are any surveillance cameras or recording devices in the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
