About the Space

Welcome to a simple, modern, freshly renovated two family home with the first floor newly furnished in a single family style. The inside includes one single bedroom, one beautiful master bedroom, an urban kitchen with stainless steel appliances and an new bathroom with glass shower doors. Upon entry it's a gated home with a staircase, front balcony, wide concrete driveway for parking convenience and a fairly wide & spacious backyard. Street side parking is included as well. Geographically, the location sits at the heart of the city in Orange, NJ being walking distance to the nearest train station, food and shopping stores and gas stations. It's also a quick estimate 30 minute drive across the George Washington Bridge to the Upper West Side of New York City.

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

Yes, I would book again.

Rasha is an amazing host . I hosted my baby shower in the backyard for about 50 or more people. Communication was fast and she was very helpful. The space was beautiful inside and out . The host not only answered all of my questions from before the booking to after the party but she was flexible with ensuring the event happened with no hiccups. Can’t wait for my next event I will definitely be using the space again.
