SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Site Representative overtime will be billed at 1.5 times the rate listed after 12 hours. OTHER GENERAL RULES: - No Smoking in the building - Freight elevators from loading dock on side of the building -Freight elevator hours 8am to 6pm - must make special arrangements to load out after 6pm -$150 building fee to use freight elevator and electricity for the day -After 7pm must pay elevator operations $30/hr -No AC
