SUPPLEMENTAL LOCATION AGREEMENT: Peerspace guest booking the space are required to sign a supplemental location agreement. Your host will provide a copy for your review after Peerspace booking has been accepted. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS: $1,000,000 general liability 3rd Party Property Damage Loss Payee Certificate holder must be named as additional insured 2 separate certificates required OVERTIME POLICY: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. Site Representative overtime will be billed at 1.5 times the rate listed after 12 hours. OTHER GENERAL RULES: *Film LA Permit - Cost Additional *No one enters neighborhood before 7am, except Site Rep. *Layout board required. Must use professional vendor for productions over 10 people *No one remains in neighborhood after 10pm. *No one can park on the shoulder of the road ANYWHERE in the neighborhood, except in front of Anderson house. *Those who park in front of the house, must park within the white line that runs along the side of the road. Not touching the white line. INSIDE THE WHITE LINE. *Trucks, sprinter vans, and any vehicle larger than a car must use a specific route to get to property, as there is a hairpin turn just before the property which requires several turns to navigate and this causes blockage and frustration with neighbors. ****The alternate route for trucks and Sprinter vans from Topanga Canyon Blvd is to turn right on Fernwood Pacific Drive (this is about 1/4 mile before the other Grandview Rd route with the hairpin, when headed South on Topanga), take a left on Grandview, and a soft right onto Sischo Drive, where the house is. This is a much safer route as there are fewer turns than the other way of getting there which includes the hairpin turn. *Highly suggest all shoots rent neighbors driveway (additional fee) 19975 Sischo Drive . Topanga, CA 90290 *No shoots larger than 20 *No smoking of any kind (including vaping) anywhere in Topanga Cyn. *Anderson House has 6 parking spaces maximum. *LA Film Office needs to notify the whole street, all the way up to the turn. *Staggered load-in is essential for this neighborhood. Everyone absolutely can not arrive all at once. *On a septic system.
