About the Space
Our space comes equipped with (7) unique photo walls, a retro diner set, multiple different colored paper backdrops with studio lighting and a comfortable and trendy lounge area to relax and your watch movies! Neighborhood details The neighborhood around us is mostly residential though our building is next to a few businesses. Logistics The space is 1000 square ft. and is currently used as an office/studio for Paperboy Media Group. During your booking you'll have full access to the studio space. This includes access to a few studio lights, multiple backdrops as well as assorted props and furniture. There is free street parking on and around Martha Street. Information about past bookings PMG has been a production agency for years now but are new to Peerspace. We are looking forward to being able to offer a creative space for you to utilize!

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Great space with all the equipment we needed (Iights, backgrounds, etc). Friendly staff to manage the space. Very great experience for our photo shoot! My only small suggestion would be to add some more hooks in the bathroom to help with wardrobe changes.
