All spaces will be cleaned in accordance to all regulations set by the CDC.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

The space is divided into two main studio spaces with an additional waiting area and kitchenette and bathroom. Great for a production hub, photography, small classes and groups, self tape, auditions, YouTube and more! There is an outdoor workspace as well as easy parking. Green and blue screen for easy background keying. Several difference backdrops and lights are included in price.

Free street parking with limited restrictions for several blocks.

General Rules

No smoking inside building. No drugs or explicit content. No gambling or loud noise after 10:30pm. No large parties or alcohol unless previously discussed.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security camera that monitors entrances/exit of clients.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
