- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Capacity is limited based on state and local guidelines

About the Space
This unique space is located in the back of famous "Soho Warehouse", in a trendy industrial area. Space has indoor use and OPTIONAL WAREHOUSE PARKING USE, FOR AN ADDITIONAL FEE. (the last 2 pics) The current fee is for the inside space and partial outside lot. For use inside the huge warehouse, the fee is an extra depending on how much space you need, and you need to let me know ahead of time if you wish to book it, otherwise it will be blocked off and unavailable. This space is perfect for haunted movie vibes/ music videos, dance videos, film/TV shows, art pop ups, etc. Very unique space. Different rooms have different feels. Some have wooden walls, some have aluminum walls. If you'd like to see the space first let me know. All cars must pay the valet. Depending on the day, it's $5-$10 per car

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
