- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
About the Space
This space is perfect for video and photo shoots. With 7,000 sq ft of space a super high ceilings it alows the customer to become very creative. There is a huge car park and plenty of room to work. The venue has a great boxing set up and can also be used as an old school gym and locker room scenes. Our price is very competitive and the rates can be negotiated once it goes into the 2nd day. We also have a 20 x 25 ft cyc wall available for bookings.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Love this Space! Nicholas was fantastic and communicated incredibly well throughout the entire scouting, booking and shooting process. There are so many options to shoot here, everything looks legitimate. It’s a a purpose built gym that photographs exactly as you would want it. I would definitely book again.
