About the Space

Our single-family 1906 two-story American Foursquare home is 1,200 square feet and set on a large lot with a big back yard. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath. Vintage charm, leaded glass. Kitchen, dining room, front room downstairs. 3 bedrooms and full bath upstairs. Front porch with wooden swing. Garden "café" surrounded by wildflowers. Wildflowers and hills in the yard. Yellow picnic table (round) also in the backyard. Our front porch steps are painted in a rainbow- that we can't change, but you can put down a stair runner to cover the colors if needed. We have a Free Little Library in front yard. No smoking indoors or outdoors. Free street parking and you can also use our long driveway for parking.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
