Parking lot has roughly 20 spots including 2 handicap spots. Also street parking alongside the parking lot. Parking is limited during lunch hours due to a popular restaurant so carpool if possible during those times. Do not park in the rear of the building. Towing and booting is strictly enforced.

There are rolling shades than can cover and dim the top half of the windows. Also included are tall 8ft. panels (V-flats) that can be used to control the light coming through the windows.

Some light road noise may be heard including the occasional ambulance siren, but all in all it's pretty quiet.

Stairs

There is usually ample parking in the main lot for the building; especially before 10am. Loading trucks can be parked temporarily but must be moved to a regular spot after loading/unloading.

There is a Side Area, Closet and Bathroom

The outlet in the bathroom does not work. Extension cords are available. The circuit breaker is on the far back wall.

NOISE No loud music allowed. The space is in an active business building with other tenants running businesses. Music should be kept to a background level at most. ***The space is not conducive to making music videos*** There will be at least a $250 penalty if we receive noise complaints from other tenants or the landlord. **No refunds will be given for time not used if guest has to be asked to leave the premises early. OVERTIME The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Otherwise overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.Guest must remove any equipment or rentals brought in. **TIME FOR SETUP AND TEARDOWN SHOULD BE FACTORED INTO NUMBER OF HOURS REQUESTED.** CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. ** Please remove all trash and debris that does not fit in the small bins. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking or vaping allowed in the space. NO GLITTER, CONFETTI OR TINY SEQUINS. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please set the thermostats back to 75 Auto/COOL setting prior to leaving.

Furniture and equipment cannot be removed from the space but can be moved around as needed. Please return the furniture to the original location before leaving. Wall decorations can be taken down for the duration of the rental but must be replaced.
