About the Space

This 900SF space is located in the heart of the Jefferson Arts District (2 miles East of Downtown Culver City). The studio is located on the corner of Chesapeake and Jefferson Blvd. with lots of natural light and high bowstring ceilings. There is lots of room for equipment and room for long lenses. The lounge area has a leather sofa and table. If you are preparing snacks food we have a small Kitchenette large bathroom with 19 gallon sink. Space could easily serve as gallery space for art shows and exhibitions. This space is not ideal for film or audio Jefferson produces a lot of road noise. 2 X 300W Studio Flashes available for rent $50 flat rate during use of space (includes modifiers and trigger).

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
