About the Space
Our unique and stylish venue is perfect for your next event! This is a newly updated and converted storefront with an apartment and tiny outdoor area. You will have the entire storefront, 2 restrooms, full kitchen and small outdoor area to yourself for your private event. The bedrooms in the apartment will be closed off. Our space is ideal for your next: Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Holiday Party, Private Dinner, Cocktail Party, Workshop, Meeting, Pop Up Shop, Launch Party, Small Wedding, Photo Shoot, Networking, Art show, Art or Dabble Class, Performance, Fundraiser, Reunion, and more! SIZE: Storefront is 700 square feet. Entire venue including apartment is 1,700 square feet. PARKING: There is free parking on the main street in front of our venue. TABLES: We offer 2 matching dinning tables along with 3 additional fold up tables. CHAIRS: We have enough chairs for 16 people to sit at a table but they will be mismatched. We have 8 antique white chairs and 8 metal chairs, which provide a vintage/industrial vibe to go with the feel of the apartment. If you would like for everything to match, we recommend a chair rental company. SEATING: In addition to the tables and chairs, we have a sitting area with 1 vintage couch, coffee table, 2 love seats in the storefront. We also have a glass table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. For additional rental we have ; glass wear, glass china dish wear, linens, chair covers, table runners, colorful napkins, flat wear Please contact me for more information about rental, prices and colors offered. - SET UP AND BREAK DOWN/ CLEAN UP AND EXIT MUST BE WITHIN BOOKED TIME! Amazing is an understatement for space! I booked the space to host an Alice in Wonderland tea party themed bridal shower, and I knew this unique and quirky space would be perfect; I was not disappointed. The space was clean and well stocked with essentials like tissue, hand sanitizer and other things that we tend to forget when having an event outside of our home. The lovely decor was a perfect match to our theme, and the open space gave us the ability to create the perfect layout. The hostess Jaclyn was great and the ease of accessing the space was a plus.

Jaclyn is a gracious and accommodating hostess. Before booking, she met with us and answered all of the questions we had. After booking, she was responsive to further questions and requests to see the venue again. Our event space was outstanding and guests are still talking about it; the venue was a perfect fit. We had zero problems and the venue was clean and ready to go. Street parking was easy and exactly as described. After our event, checkout/walkthrough was quick. We wouldn’t hesitate to book this event space with Jaclyn again in the future!

Jaclyn's space was the perfect place for my daughter's 1st birthday party! Parking was wide open on Milwaukee which was super convenient for all of our guests. The room is super spacious and we had plenty of room for tables and open space for people to stand around and the kitchen was the perfect size for all of our food (large fridge was great too!). Jaclyn was super responsive during the entire booking process and the months leading up to our event with the many questions I had and messages I sent!
