Our unique and stylish venue is perfect for your next event! This is a newly updated and converted storefront with an apartment and tiny outdoor area. You will have the entire storefront, 2 restrooms, full kitchen and small outdoor area to yourself for your private event. The bedrooms in the apartment will be closed off. Our space is ideal for your next: Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Holiday Party, Private Dinner, Cocktail Party, Workshop, Meeting, Pop Up Shop, Launch Party, Small Wedding, Photo Shoot, Networking, Art show, Art or Dabble Class, Performance, Fundraiser, Reunion, and more! SIZE: Storefront is 700 square feet. Entire venue including apartment is 1,700 square feet. PARKING: There is free parking on the main street in front of our venue. TABLES: We offer 2 mismatched tables. One 5’x 3.5’ white, wooden, antique table and one 6’x3’ glass metal table. If you would like for your tables to match, we recommend using a table cover (the heights and size will still be a little off) or using a table rental company. CHAIRS: We have enough chairs for 16 people to sit at a table but they will be mismatched. We have 8 antique white chairs and 8 metal chairs, which provide a vintage/industrial vibe to go with the feel of the apartment. The antique chairs squeak and stay true to their name. If you would like for everything to match, we recommend a chair rental company. SEATING: In addition to the tables and chairs, we have a sitting area with 1 vintage couch, coffee table, 2 love seats in the storefront. We also have a glass table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Perfect venue for an intimate event! I held my baby dedication reception here and my family and I really enjoyed the space! My daughter's baby shower hit just the right note in this lovely space. We had about 35 friends and family celebrate on a cold and icy winter afternoon -- but this venue provided a warm, inviting, and very classy backdrop. We were easily able to arrange a great flow for mixing and mingling. Jaclyn was very accessible for questions and concerns, and I couldn't ask for anything more. Looking for another excuse to hold an event here!

Beautiful space! I had my 30th Birthday Dinner here and booking with Jaclyn was so refreshing. She always made time for me to see the place no matter how many times I wanted to stop by and worked with my schedule. Quick with the responses too, which is a plus for me. She was very nice, left a nice note and gift for my birthday. She made sure that I had everything I needed for the event. Everyone at my event loved the space especially because of the 2 bathrooms, easy parking and smoking area out back. If this place fits your aesthetic, then this is the place to book.
