Our unique and stylish venue is perfect for your next event! This is a newly updated and converted storefront with an apartment and tiny outdoor area. You will have the entire storefront, 2 restrooms, full kitchen and small outdoor area to yourself for your private event. The bedrooms in the apartment will be closed off. Our space is ideal for your next: Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Holiday Party, Private Dinner, Cocktail Party, Workshop, Meeting, Pop Up Shop, Launch Party, Small Wedding, Photo Shoot, Networking, Art show, Art or Dabble Class, Performance, Fundraiser, Reunion, and more! SIZE: Storefront is 700 square feet. Entire venue including apartment is 1,700 square feet. PARKING: There is free parking on the main street in front of our venue. TABLES: We offer 2 matching dinning tables along with 3 additional fold up tables. CHAIRS: We have enough chairs for 16 people to sit at a table but they will be mismatched. We have 8 antique white chairs and 8 metal chairs, which provide a vintage/industrial vibe to go with the feel of the apartment. If you would like for everything to match, we recommend a chair rental company. SEATING: In addition to the tables and chairs, we have a sitting area with 1 vintage couch, coffee table, 2 love seats in the storefront. We also have a glass table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. For additional rental we have ; glass wear, glass china dish wear, linens, chair covers, table runners, colorful napkins, flat wear Please contact me for more information about rental, prices and colors offered. - SET UP AND BREAK DOWN/ CLEAN UP AND EXIT MUST BE WITHIN BOOKED TIME! The venue was AMAZING. it fit my party perfectly and was in an awesome location. The in street parking was very convenient, and the storefronts decor was gorgeous. We booked Jaclyns place for our Engagement Ceremony of 30 people. I am from California so I hadn't seen the place until the day of but my fiance is from Chicago and checked out the place before. I first wanted to say that Jaclyn was TREMENDOUSLY accommodating to our questions and needs and her communication was on point, I truly appreciated that! We were able to set up and clean up in a timely manner and extended our time as well which she approved of right away. There was enough space for our guests to enjoy themselves and we still had space to dance as well. Our Engagement Day went smoothly and everything that we hoped for. The decor in this space is beautiful such as the antique furniture and the flower wall. We rented out our own tables and chairs but Jaclyn does have chairs and tables of her own as well in this place. I definitely recommend this place and we will be booking again for future events. I had the space for 50 guests and everyone loved it! I also had a dj as well as a band and they sounded awesome! Aside from the fact that the space is aesthetically pleasing (which includes a small and quaint outdoor space), it was also large enough for the live band that I hired. I also like the area of where this location is because it's surrounded by businesses and I did not have to worry about noise/sound control.
