Our unique and stylish venue is perfect for your next event! This is a newly updated and converted storefront with an apartment and tiny outdoor area. You will have the entire storefront, 2 restrooms, full kitchen and small outdoor area to yourself for your private event. The bedrooms in the apartment will be closed off. Our space is ideal for your next: Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Holiday Party, Private Dinner, Cocktail Party, Workshop, Meeting, Pop Up Shop, Launch Party, Small Wedding, Photo Shoot, Networking, Art show, Art or Dabble Class, Performance, Fundraiser, Reunion, and more! SIZE: Storefront is 700 square feet. Entire venue including apartment is 1,700 square feet. PARKING: There is free parking on the main street in front of our venue. TABLES: We offer 2 mismatched tables. One 5’x 3.5’ white, wooden, antique table and one 6’x3’ glass metal table. If you would like for your tables to match, we recommend using a table cover (the heights and size will still be a little off) or using a table rental company. CHAIRS: We have enough chairs for 16 people to sit at a table but they will be mismatched. We have 8 antique white chairs and 8 metal chairs, which provide a vintage/industrial vibe to go with the feel of the apartment. The antique chairs squeak and stay true to their name. If you would like for everything to match, we recommend a chair rental company. SEATING: In addition to the tables and chairs, we have a sitting area with 1 vintage couch, coffee table, 2 love seats in the storefront. We also have a glass table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. First above all, the communication with the venue was always on point. She responded to every email in a timely fashion, was willing to help and encouraged feedback. The venue is well kept and maintained, myself and my family are talking about holding future events. Plenty of parking and a very safe area. My experience was wonderful I gave my sister a bridal shower which turned out to be really nice with the assistance of Jaclyn she made sure I had everything I needed. Gorgeous space! Perfect for my 2 year old God daughters baptism! My family and I barely put any decorations because the space is gorgeous as is! We had a taquero in the back patio. Even the patio is beautiful! We fit about 40 people comfortably (I am sure we could have fit more but some of our invitees did not show). Jaclyn was so helpful and went above and beyond for us, even provided us with 3 extra tables. My guests also loved the space and asked for booking details. I highly recommend this space for an engagement party, bridal shower, baptism, birthday - any event! Jaclyn is an amazing host , she even let us see the space before booking! Let me just start off by saying if you are here viewing this site and location and there is availability! Look no further!!! BOOK IT ASAP! This place is beautiful & huge! Basically like an entire apartment that Ms. Jaclyn worked very hard and has made into her own where now ppl can come have their events there! The space is just like the pics! I couldn’t believe it at first ! I thought I was walking into a scam ! But this is LEGIT! The host is awesome! She will go above and beyond to make sure your event is the Best! When I walked into the space for my birthday get together, I noticed she had even wrote me a birthday card with a beautiful message! She is so SWEET! Bless her heart! The space is just like the pictures even bigger inside once you arrive in my opinion! I loved the space it’s isolated and no disturbances at all! We were able to play our music in peace, dance , & have a great time! It was awesome! I definitely will be booking again with her anytime I am in Chicago!
