Our unique and stylish venue is perfect for your next event! This is a newly updated and converted storefront with an apartment and tiny outdoor area. You will have the entire storefront, 2 restrooms, full kitchen and small outdoor area to yourself for your private event. The bedrooms in the apartment will be closed off. Our space is ideal for your next: Birthday Party, Engagement Party, Baby Shower, Wedding Shower, Holiday Party, Private Dinner, Cocktail Party, Workshop, Meeting, Pop Up Shop, Launch Party, Small Wedding, Photo Shoot, Networking, Art show, Art or Dabble Class, Performance, Fundraiser, Reunion, and more! SIZE: Storefront is 700 square feet. Entire venue including apartment is 1,700 square feet. PARKING: There is free parking on the main street in front of our venue. TABLES: We offer 2 mismatched tables. One 5’x 3.5’ white, wooden, antique table and one 6’x3’ glass metal table. If you would like for your tables to match, we recommend using a table cover (the heights and size will still be a little off) or using a table rental company. CHAIRS: We have enough chairs for 16 people to sit at a table but they will be mismatched. We have 8 antique white chairs and 8 metal chairs, which provide a vintage/industrial vibe to go with the feel of the apartment. The antique chairs squeak and stay true to their name. If you would like for everything to match, we recommend a chair rental company. SEATING: In addition to the tables and chairs, we have a sitting area with 1 vintage couch, coffee table, 2 love seats in the storefront. We also have a glass table and 4 chairs in the kitchen. Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. I hosted my birthday party here for 18 people, all late twenties early thirties, and we had a blast! Jaclyn was very welcoming and accommodating, willing to provide extra plates/silverware/glasses and communicating in a friendly and timely manner. She answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The space itself is ideal for hosting a party. There was plenty of space for separate groups of people to mingle, but everyone could take part in common activities like toasts. The kitchen was spacious, and having two bathrooms is incredibly convenient. I would definitely book again!
