Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
We have enhanced every aspect of our cleaning process to fully disinfect surfaces. As our property is located on 4 acres, it allows for complete social distancing and fresh air.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
Our cabins are perfect for group retreats, whether it's a family reunion, corporate retreat or birthday party. Each cabin has its own private bath and 7 of the 9 cabins have full kitchens with gas ranges and refrigerators. We are close to hiking and many outdoor activities, or enjoy our open spaces and outdoor patios.

Production insurance is required
$1,000,000 liability insurance to cover any injury, loss or damages caused by the negligence of Client and your affiliated partners, vendors and affiliates for the duration of the Agreement and assumption of full responsibility and liability for any and all damages caused to the Venue and surrounding sites.
This certificate of Insurance must list the following Entities as additional insured: The Perch at Twin Peaks located at 25807 State Highway 189, Twin Peaks, CA 92391 and Rim of the World, LLC located at 3756 W Avenue 40, Suite K #423, Los Angeles, CA 90065

Grace period
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
