This 2000 sq ft home is equipped with a 10' ceilings, dramatic floor-to-ceiling windows, stainless steel appliances and designer faucets/fixtures throughout the kitchen and bathrooms. Apartment also features a beautiful private balcony. This spacious and open concept apartment home located right across the street from L.A Live/Staples Center represents a Tony Stark landing pad that offers a variety of looks. This space is perfect for photo/film shoots, music videos, private small dinners/gatherings, cooking segments, Youtube tutorials and skits, etc. Multicolor LED lighting is available on the island in the kitchen and in the living room, setting the tone for the ultimate experience of DTLA nighttime vibes. Blinds can be pulled down for privacy or less lighting. All areas are accessible for production EXCEPT for bedroom closets. ** Hourly rates range depending on type of shoot or production and crew size. ** I cannot host any large parties of any sort, small gatherings of 8-12 people is acceptable, violation of this without prior approval will result in an additional $100 charge. Use of any of the buildings amenity areas is not allowed. The resident will be present to assist or answer any questions you may have. Parking Options- 1. Valet parking services or public parking available in the parking garage. This service is not covered in your booking, you will have to pay to park all vehicles. 2. Street parking! There’s an ample amount of street parking DTLA if you don’t mind walking a couple of blocks :) 3. No need to pay for parking or stress about finding street parking, you can catch the train! The Metro Blue Line stops right in front of the building; just get off on the Pico and Flower stop and you’ll see CIRCA right in front of you. Upon arrival- As a courtesy, please contact your host 15 minutes before your arrival. Depending on the parking option of the choice, you may arrive at a different entrance of the building. There are two towers, we are located in the East Tower. *If you have equipment, luggage, etc. please inform the host in your courtesy text that you will need access to the loading zone. Your host will meet you downstairs at valet. ** Please factor in loading, set up and take down time for your booking. I will be available to help all of my guests via email, phone or text 24/7.
