COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

If you want to us my backdrops or backdrop equipment, I will set it up and take it down myself. I am deep cleaning kitchen, living space, and restroom, before and after all photoshoots. I will also have cleaning supplies on hand in case you want to clean any of your own equipment. The apartment has natural ventilation to outside, old building, made like this. You need to wear a mask when we come into the building and when I take you up the elevator. Your model can remove their mask once you begin shooting. I do ask that photographers keep them on. If you are wanting to us the space for anything other than the photoshoot and need to have your mask off, message me in advance.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
Disposable masks

The space has the following features:

About the Space

History of the space I just moved into this space and haven't fully decorated it just yet. My plan before moving in furniture is to utilize this space as a photo studio! I am a model and photographer and figured the empty space would be perfect for shooting. The natural light is perfect for all clients: headshots, portraits, creative projects, products, family, etc. I have multiple backdrops that can be used when utilizing the space. I am also fine with moving out all furniture if you want an empty space. Just message me in advance for special requests! Neighborhood Details The apartment is located in River Oaks on Westheimer rd, right next to Lamar highschool. Within 10 minutes from the museum district. Food everywhere! River oaks district is 5 minutes away and has tons of luxury shops, restaurants, and bars. Logistics You will park on the street, Bammel ln, and call me once you are outside the apartment building, I will guide you up myself. The apartment elevator isn't very large so if you have large props message me in advance to prep. I will stay on site for the duration of the booking. You are welcome to use the kitchen, living room space, and restroom. Special rates associated with booking the space Rates change for large groups of 3 or more. Parking description

You can park on bammel ln next to the apartment building. There is always space, at least 5+ open spots at a time. The street could fit up to 20+ cars. There is also free parking on site but is harder to find. I will come out immediately and assist in guiding you.

Lighting description

The apartment space has floor to ceiling windows that let in beautiful natural light. The sunsets around 5 pm, so the best time to shoot with natural light is from 8 am-4 pm.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

The sound in the apartment is controlled but I do have neighbors so be mindful of extremely loud music, excessively loud noises, etc.

Equipment loading description

The apartment is on the 5th floor, so taking the elevator up is recommended. You are more than welcome to take the stairs if you prefer. There is no loading zone, so all equipment will need to come up via the lobby elevator. The lobby elevator is tight, so check in with me to see what equipment I have already, that way you don't have to bring what you don't need.

Bedroom-- This is typically were your host will be if assistance is needed but please ask ahead if you need to use this space for set up as well.

Shooting the exterior of the building is not allowed

Electrical system description

There are 4 main outlets in the living space and another 6 in the kitchen area.

General Rules

- No smoking in the building (including smoke machine) - Outside catering is allowed - Please leave the space as you entered (Keep it clean) - You need to be out of the space right on time. Please start to clean up at least 15-10 minutes before. I can assist with clean up if needed. You will be charged a late fee if you stay past your time by 15 minutes.

All ages are allowed in the space

Production insurance is not required

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Please message me what you need to be removed from the space before booking, so I can ensure your needs can be met.
