About the Space
This Smart Home Apartment is located in the heart of Wynwood. The unit is looking over the famous Wynwood Wall as well as steps away from trendy restaurants, bar, and shops. Activities that work well in the space are normally photo shoots or videos. The layout of the space is very open concept with the only separate rooms being the bedroom and bathroom. The unit is brand new with all new appliances and furnishings. It has been decorated in a modern/ artsy style that reflects a combination of modern luxury with a touch of street art from local artist. It also has floor to ceiling windows which let in tons of natural light and provide amazing views during sunset/sunrise. This unit is located in a luxury building that offers many amenities such as roof top pool, sun deck and city viewing area. Also we do have a Garden Library that can be reserved for special events. There is also a courtyard that that boasts a 10ft tall mural painted by MUTA.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
