Full length driveway that stretches to the backyard of the home.

Hourly Rate:  Posted price per hour is for weekdays and for a maximum of 10 people. We love larger and weekend events, however they are subject to higher rates. Please message me your budget and we can discuss the details regarding size and pricing.  All booking start & end times are inclusive of setup & tear down time, so please factor that into your booking reservation. If you’re interested in a multi-day booking, please note that an additional fee may be charged for overnight displacement. Exterior:  I love when guests use the front and backyard of the home as well. I just ask that you give it the same respect you would the interior of the home and please remove all trash. Overtime:  Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5x the stated hourly rate. All items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Parking:  The home has a long driveway beginning from the curb and stretching to the end of the backyard. Guests are welcome to park anywhere in the driveway or directly in front of the house. No Smoking:  My property is a 100% SMOKE-FREE ZONE, this includes both indoors and outdoors. Noise:  I have have a zero-tolerance policy with noise complaints. We ask that you please respect our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum. Curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM. Damages:  I require that all guests inform me if anything is damaged during their booking. No nails, screws, staples or damaging items should be used on the walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (to the walls, roller shades, floors, furniture, etc.) will be billed to the credit card on file. A walk-through is required before and after all bookings. I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen items. Illegal Substances:  The use or involvement of illegal substances is strictly prohibited and will result in the guest’s immediate eviction from my property. Cleaning Fee:  A $125 cleaning fee applies to all bookings. Master bedroom:  The master bedroom is off limits unless discussed. Miscellaneous:  No glitter, confetti, or open flame can be used given the difficulty in cleaning these items. Thank you for respecting my rules!
