RULES When booking our space, please include your set-up and break down time. Guest will be charged 1.5x for overtime. NO smoking in the building. NO hanging decor on the mirror. A charge will occur if tape and glue is left on Mirror. NO alcohol can be sold if you do not have a license. Guest will take full responsibility for their guest. YES outside catering and food are allowed. Guest is responsible for any damages occurred during booking in which the credit card on file will be billed directly by Peerspace. An adult must be present for all kid and teen events. No partying outside the building or in the parking lot. No removal of venue furniture or property. Guest will be charged for trash left in the parking lot, on mailbox or outside venue. The venue must be returned the way it was received. This means throw away your garbage, don't damage the furniture and take all of your belongings with you. ~Please make sure to take all of your items with you when you leave. Any items left after your event are not or respoinisbility. ~There is no additional Load in or break down time. You must book all of the time that you need. OVERTIME Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGES Cleaning fee is for us to properly sanitize the venue after each booking. Guests MUST throw all garbage away. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS There is no smoking allowed in the space. $75 fee will be added if you or your guest smoke inside the facility No glitter or confetti can be used. a $25 will be added if either is used
