About the Space
900 square feet of amazing studio and creative work space (expandable up to 5,000 sqft.). Includes additional room with large mirror high counter and stools. For events this is great as a small production office, storage room or somewhere to have snacks etc. We are located just 5 minutes from the Las Vegas Strip making the location perfectly central but without the need to be on the strip. - Kitchen with sink, watercolor, fridge and microwave - Fast wifi is included. - Open floorpan - Sweeping staircase - Double height ceiling - Ceiling fans - Table and Chairs available (up to 25 people) Loads of free parking in the parking lot. Additional parking on the street id needed. The space is also attached to a full production space that can be rented as well, either as one whole combined unit or separately. You can find that listing also on this site. This is not a nightclub, no raves or late night parties. No alcohol. A few things ... Open space, everything you need is there. It is a working office, so be aware of you need perfect privacy or zero ambient noise. It also has a reception area so if you do like we did and send a DoorDash order, someone was there to receive it. That was cool and unexpected. Overall, thank you for helping us get some work done we used the space and achieved what we needed.
