Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Each room is thoroughly cleaned in between bookings in accordance with CDC Recommendations with a professional cleaning service.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks

About the Space
Podcast studio with professional soundproofing and lighting for both podcast and video casting. Located on 6th Street in downtown Austin. Adobe Audition. Two Microphones & Cameras. Professional Lighting. Can also provide content editing at additional charge. Fast Wifi, Restrooms Available, TV can be rolled into the Studio.

There are many surface paid parking garages within .2 miles of the space as well as plenty of metered street parking.
General Rules
No Smoking in the Building. Outside Catering Allowed. Alcohol Permitted. As long as you are respectful the space is yours to do whatever you wish.

Guests must provide additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors
All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking

Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
