About the Space
This home is in a private, gated community offering security and anonymity. The space is ideal for Pro and semi-pro photoshoots: Model, business, fashion, etc, inside/outside. Pro and Semi-pro filming inside/outside; music/sound recording (music studio); private screenings in theater; cocktail/event party, pool party (with BBQ); private fitness/yoga/dance lessons (gym); private tennis/basketball lessons. The layout offers a large, open kitchen and living room leading to the backyard patio, pool, bbq, and tennis court. Additionally, there is a large, 2 story library/piano room with a rot iron spiral staircase perfect for film, photo, and/or piano instruction. The second level provides a sundeck, game room, gym with wall-to-wall mirrors (carpeted), and movie theater/viewing room, as well as a recording and mixing studio. The swimming pool is very unique, offering rock and natural features, waterfalls, a slide and large, deep jacuzzi/grotto.

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
