About the Space

Our studio is a collective workspace. The building stands alone on Orange Ave. in the California Heights neighborhood in Long Beach, CA. Located next door to California Heights Market, visitors can enjoy an impressive selection of beer and wine. The best time to book is evenings, and any time Saturdays and Sundays. Access to the outdoor space (if added on) must conclude by 8pm. The space features a state-of-the-art photography studio, communal meeting and work space, two restrooms, water dispenser, Keurig, changing room, hair/makeup chair, plentiful free street parking, and heating and air conditioning. Rental IncludesL - Photography studio (12x12') with great natural light - 10' seamless paper rolls (please contact us for color options) - Hair and makeup studio on site - State-of-the-art lighting equipment and light tech available as an add-on - Tables and chairs available (furniture and decor subject to change) - Free WiFi - Sonos sound system Use of the outdoor space available as an add-on. Please make sure to book the correct number of hours needed for set-up and breakdown. The times that you have booked through Peerspace are the times that our staff will arrive to open and close the building. We look forward to hosting you!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

Space was clean and had a lot of great plants and furniture (not set up like in the picture but you can move things around). For video audio purposes not completely silent and would have liked a door between the other tenants in the building and the space we shot in. Good for photography or video that doesn't require any audio (speaking)

Very responsive and helpful host. It was a very rainy and dark day when I was photographing in this space so unfortunately the space was pretty dark. I might try again on a brighter day as the space is very convenient.
