Our space is 560 SF of Bohemian bliss! Large 12' folding glass doors open the home walls for the ultimate indoor/outdoor oasis. The Casita features a mint green Retro fridge, cement tiles, reclaimed wood floors, bohemian finishes, a desert-style barn door and a clawfoot tub. Our casita is 2 separate "units" situated in an 'L' shape. The living and bedroom areas are connected with a covered breezeway. With large windows and white walls, the space is filled with natural light. The kitchen is 12' wide with white cabinets, a large farmhouse sink and open shelving made of reclaimed ceiling joists and copper piping. The butcher top island is on casters and can be moved into 3 areas of the kitchen for versatile layouts during photoshoots. On one end, the top flips up for a dining table for 2 -3 people. The kitchen features a pass-thru window, connecting the front deck to the interior space. The bedroom side can be used as a dressing space. The bathroom has great lighting for make-up and wardrobe closets are provided. Outside food catering is permitted. The casita is situated on 3 acres of private property in the hill country of southwest Austin, toward Dripping Springs, near Jester King Brewery. Parking is free on the lot. The landscaping is rustic, with treetop views of the hill country. The space is NOT ADA Accessible. Local breweries/eateries within 3 miles include: Jester King Brewery, Treaty Oak Distillery, Beerburg Brewery, Torchys Tacos at Belterra, Chick-fil-A, Hat Creek Burger, JuiceLand and more. The space would be ideal for photoshoots, product shoots, film sets. 8-10 people can comfortably fit.
