Our stylish space is perfect for small, COVID-safe events with indoor/outdoor access. Perfect for baby showers, bridal showers, date nights, movie nights, and birthday parties. The best time to book is evenings, Saturdays after 3:00pm, and any time Sundays. Events must conclude by 10:00pm. Located next door to California Heights Market, visitors can enjoy an impressive selection of beer and wine. The space features a state-of-the-art photography studio, communal meeting and work space, two restrooms, water dispenser, Keurig, changing room, hair/makeup chair, plentiful free street parking, heating and air conditioning, and a serene outdoor space. Event bookings will have access to our indoor space and outdoor back lot space. Rental includes: - COVID-safe outdoor space for small groups - Photography studio (12x12') - Hair and makeup space - Communal table that sits up to 8 (cocktail tables available as an add-on) - Mix-n-match chairs for 12 (furniture and decor subject to change) - WiFi - Sonos sound system Make your event even more special and personalized by renting: - "add-ons" from our list here on Peerspace - Assorted decor from the link listed here --> http://www.sosmittenevents.com/decor-rentals Please make sure to book the correct number of hours needed for set-up and breakdown. The times that you have booked through Peerspace are the times that our staff will arrive to open and close the building. Live music and DJ are allowed (90 decibel restriction). Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. My expectations were surpassed! From a photographer's perspective, shooting at F8 is an effortless experience. Michael and Marni are true professionals as they prepared the studio for client arrival, added pops of colors to the set and Michael even set-up the perfect lighting scenario with triggers and an 85mm lens. Looking forward to working with this team again. Highly recommend.

All attendees were impressed with the comfort and flexibility of the space! We had SUCH a GOOD TIME! We used the back area which was fairly well shaded and as the evening progressed was a perfect temperature for games and socializing. Lots of room to spread out our food spread and the lights and music were a perfect touch. Yes we will go back again1
