About the Space
This private outdoor courtyard is full of fresh air and bathed in sunshine. We have our gorgeous "bandstand" for 30 - or the entire lower courtyard for up to 100. We have full service, attractive catering options as well as full service beer, wine and liquor. This is a very unique combination of a large outdoor space and privacy!

Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. This venue was perfect for my husband’s surprise 50th day party! The space is inconspicuous from the street and even nicer in person. I would definitely book this venue again.

The description says it all. A spectacular private outdoor courtyard!!! The venue was wonderful and my experience was fantastic. I also order food from the Heroic Italian and it was great. I give the the OMG sandwich a five stars rating. Jeffrey and his staff were very nice and accommodating. I will recommend this location and my guests really loved it. Thank you for a great experience.
